01 — Three home fixtures
Begin with the team and date on the ticket
England Rugby's current 2027 schedule lists England against France on Sunday 14 February, Italy on Saturday 20 February and Scotland on Saturday 13 March at Allianz Stadium, London. The booking identifies one of those fixtures, rather than using the championship name as if every match had the same date and timing. The ticket or hospitality instruction supplies the entrance and earliest commitment. FCET records that information with the lead passenger, complete collection addresses and requested arrival. The published match schedule can support the plan, but the passenger's current ticket remains the source for their own admission details.
A home, hotel, office or airport connection can start the journey. Each pickup has an address, ready time and passenger assignment. Hospitality opening can be earlier than the match, so it is kept as the fixed arrival target when supplied. The final road position depends on the access available for the fixture. FCET follows current organiser directions and uses a lawful public set-down; no ticket gate, private forecourt or closest kerb is promised. The plan allows for the walk from the car to the entrance named by the passenger.
02 — Service on the day
Each home fixture keeps its own timing

03 — Supporter party
Count passengers and belongings for both directions
The vehicle decision considers every supporter, coat, day bag, mobility item and any luggage continuing to a hotel or airport. A small group may travel together in XL Class, while separately collected hosts can use coordinated cars. Each car keeps its own passenger contact and onward destination.
The outward set-down is not assumed to remain usable when the crowd leaves. FCET records a return landmark, collection window and fallback contact before travel. The lead passenger keeps the written instruction and updates the chauffeur before walking towards the car if hospitality or the match programme changes their readiness.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Allianz Stadium, London
- The car waits at the recorded lawful collection point.
- The chauffeur messages the lead passenger when access is settled.
- The party walks to the agreed landmark and boards together.

06 — A fixture-specific journey
Keep Six Nations travel separate from autumn rugby
This guide is for the confirmed 2027 Six Nations home matches. November international rugby has a different competition schedule and its own event page. The general Twickenham guide remains useful for other stadium dates, while this page keeps the championship fixture and travel decision together.
A post-match journey can return to Berkshire, continue to a London hotel or connect with another agreed address. Each car's destination and passenger group are confirmed before travel, so supporters leaving separately do not inherit the wrong return instruction.
