01 — The airport journey
Heathrow transfers from Berkshire
Book a Heathrow airport taxi with your price confirmed at booking, flight tracking and meet & greet for arrivals. Heathrow operates passenger Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. We confirm the flight's terminal, plan the Berkshire departure against its reporting time and track the arrival. Airline or flight changes require a renewed terminal and vehicle instruction before approach. For an in-hall greeting at Terminals 2, 3 or 5, park in that terminal's Terminal Parking car park, then walk to public arrivals. Terminal 4's multi-storey car park closed in June 2026: a parked meeting uses Park & Ride Zone A and its free shuttle. Charged Priority Pick-Up is a separate vehicle-only collection. No pickup or waiting is permitted on terminal drop-off forecourts. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central terminal area; Terminals 4 and 5 have separate approaches.

At Terminals 2, 3 and 5, park in Terminal Parking before an in-hall name-board greeting. Terminal 4 changed in June 2026: its parked greeting uses Park & Ride Zone A and a free shuttle. Charged Priority Pick-Up is vehicle-only. No collection or waiting is permitted on a terminal drop-off forecourt.
05 — Before departure
Collection details set the plan
We record the full collection address, booked terminal, requested arrival, passenger contact and every substantial luggage item before the chauffeur leaves. For departures, the terminal and airline timing determine the set-down instruction. The collection time is planned from the actual address rather than a town-wide estimate. FCET tracks the Heathrow arrival and adjusts the chauffeur's timing when it lands early or is delayed. The chauffeur waits at the agreed public arrivals point with a name board, helps with luggage and follows the recorded onward address.

07 — The complete itinerary
Passenger, luggage and onward address
Passenger count and the full luggage list guide the vehicle class. Add pushchairs, mobility aids, sports bags and other substantial items before confirmation. An onward hotel, office, residence or station is recorded as a precise address. Any additional stop is included in the itinerary before travel. A return transfer can be booked with its own flight, terminal, date and passenger contact. Treating each sector separately prevents the outward terminal or collection note from being reused when the return movement is different.
