01 — Barden Road
Use Tonbridge station when the rail ticket says Tonbridge
National Rail lists Tonbridge station at Barden Road, Tonbridge TN9 1TT and Hildenborough station separately at Rings Hill, Hildenborough TN11 8LX. Put the exact station, service and expected arrival on the road booking. A passenger for Hildenborough should not be assigned to Barden Road merely because the wider journey was described as Tonbridge. The onward home, hotel or venue address should appear beside the correct rail handover.
Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council publishes Tonbridge Castle at Castle Street, Tonbridge TN9 1BG. A tour, wedding or public event there should use the castle name and current organiser details. Give the required arrival or expected finish and the lead passenger mobile. The council’s visitor address identifies the venue, but the booking should not invent an entrance, stopping right or collection position beyond information the organiser supplies.

02 — Tonbridge collections
Barden Road, Castle Street and school doors are separate
Tonbridge station, the castle and Tonbridge School are distinct handovers. Record the rail service or visit instruction and confirm whether any Kent onward address is in Tonbridge or Royal Tunbridge Wells.

04 — Tonbridge School
Keep the school separate from the castle
Tonbridge School publishes its postal address as High Street, Tonbridge TN9 1JP and separate sat-nav postcodes for the school and sports centre. Use the destination and current visit instruction relevant to the actual appointment. For pupil travel or an organised programme, include the named responsible contact and authorised handover information supplied by the school or family. FCET does not infer release arrangements from the town address.
Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells have separate area guides and should remain separately named in an itinerary. A hotel or appointment in Royal Tunbridge Wells needs its full address instead of a shortened ‘Tonbridge’ destination. The same discipline applies to Hildenborough. When several Kent calls appear in one day, order them explicitly and identify which arrival time cannot move.

06 — Airport and London
Read the displayed route from the Tonbridge guide point
The airport and central London figures on this page are planning guides from Tonbridge. Live traffic, the booked terminal and a start at Rings Hill, Castle Street, the school or another property can alter the schedule. For a departure, provide the flight and required terminal arrival. For a London rail connection, name the station and train; for an inbound flight, give the final Kent door because a town name is incomplete.
Send the date, requested pickup, complete origin and destination, passenger mobile, party size and luggage. Add the train, school appointment, event or flight information that anchors the movement. Check the confirmation for Barden Road, Rings Hill, Tonbridge Castle, Tonbridge School or Royal Tunbridge Wells as intended. This read-back protects the local handover before a longer airport or London journey.
