3–5 September 2027

Chauffeur travel for Concours of Elegance 2027

A Hampton Court Palace event itinerary for collectors, guests and enthusiasts, distinct from a general palace visit or another concours.

The service standard

One Concours of Elegance itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — The 2027 concours

Name the event and its Hampton Court date

The Concours of Elegance official homepage lists the 2027 event from Friday 3 to Sunday 5 September at Hampton Court Palace. Its current venue information gives Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9AU as the event site. The organiser describes a display of rare cars, and Thorough Events Limited runs the event. FCET records Concours of Elegance with the passenger's selected day so the instruction remains distinct from a standard palace visit, the garden festival or a different automotive gathering.

A general-admission ticket, hospitality booking or hosted engagement may create a different arrival target. The itinerary uses the passenger's actual commitment, collection address and group, giving the chauffeur a dated plan without assuming that all three event days operate identically. The palace address identifies the event location but does not grant access to a drive, lawn, hospitality enclosure or vehicle area. The passenger retains current event directions, while the chauffeur confirms a lawful public handover reference for the booked time.

03 — Collector and guest plans

Separate the concours from every onward engagement

A guest may continue to a hotel, restaurant, private gathering or another address after the event. Each onward movement is recorded in full with its passenger group and intended timing, avoiding a return instruction that relies only on the words Hampton Court. When collectors and guests travel on different schedules, every car receives its own named group and destination. One lead contact can coordinate revisions, while the chauffeur for each vehicle retains only the instruction relevant to the passengers being carried.

Smart clothing, outerwear, day bags and hotel luggage are declared before the vehicle is assigned. The fullest movement guides capacity, including a return that adds cases collected from accommodation or belongings needed for a later engagement. First Class can suit one or two guests, while XL may suit a small party with more declared luggage. The passenger service does not include transporting display cars, automotive parts or specialist freight; those needs require separate arrangements outside this journey.

04 — Service on the day

The event visit remains distinct from palace touring

The record names the Concours date, ticketed passenger group and onward address, while current event information governs the usable public approach to Hampton Court Palace.

07 — After the display

Confirm the public return reference for that day

The return record holds the event name, lead passenger, intended departure window and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party leaves, and the guests walk to that agreed location only after the current road position is settled. An outward handover is not automatically reused later. Event activity and palace operations can affect the practical approach, so no stopping, standing or collection entitlement is inferred from a ticket, hospitality product or venue postcode.

FCET checks the 3–5 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, carried items and onward addresses. Any organiser update supplied by the lead passenger is attached to the dated journey and passed to the assigned chauffeur. The agreed price follows the confirmed vehicle and movements. Tickets, hospitality, palace admission, event operation and controlled access remain governed by the Concours of Elegance, Thorough Events and Hampton Court Palace.
