The service standard
One DTX London itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The current DTX event
Use the October 2026 Excel edition
DTX London's official current site lists Digital Transformation EXPO at Excel London on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October 2026. It describes an event at the intersection of technology, people and operations where business transformation comes to life. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A keynote, peer session, exhibitor meeting, speaking call or technical demonstration can set the requested arrival. Registration and programme access remain with DTX; the journey record uses the confirmed commitment without promising entry to any event area.
CIOs, CTOs and CISOs can attend for different strands. A vehicle instruction identifies the people travelling, their first engagement and the contact allowed to revise it. Colleagues can share when their hotel departure and first commitment align. Separate cars keep an executive briefing independent from an infrastructure or engineering session, avoiding one broad company schedule that fits nobody.

03 — Broader than one security show
Distinguish DTX London from Infosecurity Europe
DTX London spans organisation-wide transformation, including AI, cyber security, data and automation. Infosecurity Europe is a separate named cybersecurity event at Excel in June 2027. The booking retains the correct title and date. A security discussion within DTX does not turn the destination into Infosecurity Europe. Equally, a later supplier office or company dinner is recorded as its own movement with a complete address rather than being folded into the event label.
Laptop bags, presentation cases, small demonstration devices and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including a station or airport journey after the show when suitcases join the load. Large displays, freight and specialist equipment need separate assessment. Each ordinary item remains packed for passenger transport and attributed to the relevant traveller or team.

04 — Service on the day
Transformation teams keep accountable schedules

07 — Excel arrival and return
Confirm a lawful public-road handover
FCET uses Excel London's public One Western Gateway address and the booked time to check a practical public-road reference. Current registration and organiser information guide the passenger's final walk inside the campus. The return movement records a departure window, named contact and next full address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves its last meeting; no morning vehicle position is assumed for the evening.
FCET checks the 14–15 October 2026 edition, chosen day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, carried items and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes a confirmed vehicle record. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. DTX and Excel London govern event admission, content and venue operation; FCET remains responsible for the passenger travel it confirms.
