01 — The next Revival
Use the 2027 event and circuit identity
Goodwood's official programme places the 2027 Goodwood Revival at Goodwood Motor Circuit from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 September. The meeting is a historic motorsport event, so FCET records Goodwood Revival in full with the passenger's selected day and admission commitment. That identity matters on a large Goodwood estate. Festival of Speed is a different motorsport event, and the Qatar Goodwood Festival is horse racing. Neither event name, date nor destination substitutes for a Revival instruction centred on the Motor Circuit.
The booking starts with the confirmed Revival day and the time the passenger intends to be inside. A hospitality welcome, first race or guest commitment can each create a different target, so the itinerary records the one that governs this party. Every home, hotel or office collection is placed before that target. Loading, passenger handover and the final pedestrian section belong in the schedule, while the chauffeur follows current public directions and organiser signs on the booked day.
02 — Service on the day
The ticketed day remains the travel anchor
The booking keeps the 2026 Revival date, passenger party, carried belongings and onward address together, while the chauffeur checks the public road approach against the organiser's current information before travel.
03 — Period clothing and belongings
Match the cabin to the complete party
Revival's period theme may add hats, coats, garment bags or careful footwear to the usual day bag. FCET records the full passenger count and everything travelling before selecting a vehicle, including any hotel luggage carried onward after the event. First Class can suit a couple who want rear-cabin space. XL may suit a larger party or a fuller load. Several cars can begin at different addresses when every passenger group, lead contact and later destination is assigned before departure.
Goodwood hosts several major fixtures across the estate. A Revival booking keeps the Motor Circuit and selected event day in every instruction, while travel for another fixture uses that event's own destination details. FCET retains the passenger's ticket wording and any organiser travel update supplied for the day. A public destination name establishes the event context, but it does not promise that a chauffeur can reach a gate, enter controlled land or pause on a particular road.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Goodwood Motor Circuit
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — After the final commitment
Give the onward journey its own instruction
The return is recorded with a time window, lead passenger and complete onward address. The outward arrival point is not carried across automatically because the road position available later can change with event management and traffic conditions. The chauffeur confirms a usable public reference before the party begins its walk. Guests remain together until the car is identified, and any hotel, dinner or second home address stays in the agreed order for the vehicle and belongings booked.
For 2027, the journey uses the 17–19 September dates and Goodwood Motor Circuit identity. A later Revival booking begins again with its confirmed edition details and the passenger's new admission information. Before travel, FCET checks the named event, day, passenger list, addresses, carried items and onward plan as one record. The agreed journey cost applies to those movements, while an event instruction change goes through the named lead passenger.
