Chauffeur travel for International Confex 2027

A March event-industry travel plan for organisers, agencies, associations and supplier meetings at Excel London.

01 — The 2027 Confex edition

Anchor the movement to the March event

International Confex's official registration information lists the 2027 event for Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 March at Excel London, One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. It identifies the show as an event for the MICE industry and sets out attendance for organisers and buyers. The booking records International Confex in full, the selected March day and the first fixed commitment. This gives each chauffeur a specific event record even when several passengers also attend client dinners, site visits or meetings elsewhere in London.

A conference session, supplier appointment, speaking slot or exhibitor call time may define arrival. The passenger supplies that commitment, the hotel or office collection and the names travelling together, allowing the car to work from the real agenda rather than the show opening alone. Visitors, exhibitors and suppliers can have different registration arrangements. Those conditions remain with Confex; FCET retains only the confirmed travel timing and addresses required to move the declared passengers.

02 — Service on the day

The first Confex commitment sets the travel target

The movement record names the chosen Confex day, delegate group and first scheduled commitment, keeping later supplier meetings and off-site addresses as separate sectors.

03 — Confex, not a generic meetings show

Keep the March sourcing event distinct from June

International Confex takes place on 3–4 March 2027 and covers organisers and buyers across corporate events, agencies, associations, government, exhibitions and conferences. The Meetings Show is a separate Northstar event on 23–24 June 2027, focused on connecting meeting and event planners with destinations, hotels, venues and suppliers. Both use Excel London, which makes the full event title and date essential. FCET does not reduce either journey to 'the events show'; the movement names Confex and carries the correct March commitment beside the venue address.

Colleagues with a shared first appointment can travel together. When an agency team, speaker and hosted client split, each car receives its own passengers, lead contact, first engagement and next full address so one revised meeting does not displace another group's plan. Laptop bags, printed material, demonstration equipment and hotel luggage are declared before the vehicle is assigned. The fullest sector controls capacity, including a station or airport movement after the show when cases join passengers who arrived with work bags only.

04 — After the event

  1. Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
  2. The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
  3. The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

Use a confirmed public reference for the handover

FCET uses the One Western Gateway address and booked time to check a practical public-road reference. The chauffeur confirms the usable public point and final walking direction with the lead passenger using current organiser and venue instructions. For the return, the booking retains an intended departure window and the next complete address. The chauffeur checks current road conditions and confirms the usable public point before delegates leave their final show-floor commitment.

FCET confirms the 3–4 March 2027 edition, selected day, delegate names, collection addresses, first appointments, carried material and onward destinations. A new supplier meeting or reception enters the plan only when its timing and address are complete. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. Registration, conference content, exhibitor operation and hall access remain governed by International Confex and Excel London; FCET is responsible for the confirmed passenger travel in the booking.
