01 — Current edition
Use the current workplace-learning edition
Learning Technologies returns to Excel London on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 May 2027. The organiser describes it as a workplace-learning event for learning and development, HR and training professionals, giving the journey a specific professional purpose rather than a broad education or technology label. FCET records the selected day and the passenger group's first fixed commitment. A conference session, exhibitor briefing, supplier meeting or team reporting time becomes the working arrival target, while admission and programme access remain with the organiser.
Learning leaders, HR colleagues, training teams, speakers and suppliers may begin at different times. Each vehicle instruction names its passengers, collection addresses, first commitment and the contact authorised to approve a change. Colleagues can share when their hotel departure and first engagement align. Separate cars protect an earlier speaker call, exhibitor setup responsibility or private meeting without forcing every delegate onto the same timetable.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate workplace learning from education and marketing
Learning Technologies is centred on workplace learning and professional development. Bett UK is a separate education-technology event, while Technology for Marketing concerns marketing practice, campaigns and MarTech. The booking retains the exact registration so similar technology language does not produce the wrong diary. A later employer office, client dinner or training venue is recorded as its own movement with a complete address and time. It is not folded into the Excel journey under a general business-events description.
The capacity check combines laptops, presentation material, small demonstration devices, hotel cases and every traveller. It follows the fullest confirmed sector, including an airport or station journey after the event. Stand structures, freight and specialist production kit need an independent assessment. A passenger booking does not automatically include deliveries or unlisted exhibition cargo.

05 — Service on the day
Learning teams keep named schedules
Each vehicle retains its passengers, first workplace-learning commitment and onward address, allowing speakers, exhibitors and delegate teams to follow separate confirmed diaries.
06 — Excel destination
Use the published Excel destination carefully
The official event page gives Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses that venue address and the booked time to check a lawful public-road reference; it does not treat an exhibition hall or entrance as a promised vehicle position. For the return, the record keeps an intended window, lead passenger and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves its final commitment, subject to the road conditions then in force.
FCET checks the 5–6 May 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. The authorised contact supplies each confirmed change with its complete time and address. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. Learning Technologies and Excel London govern registration, programme content and venue operation; FCET manages only the passenger travel it confirms.
