01 — The current London show
Use the October 2026 edition
Professional Beauty London's current official pages list the show at Excel London on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 October 2026. The edition is co-located with Salon International and brings beauty, spa and hair professionals together for education, networking and industry activity. FCET records Professional Beauty London, the selected date and the One Western Gateway venue address. A stage session, competition reporting time, hosted-buyer engagement or exhibitor call then defines the passenger's actual arrival target.
The show includes professional stages, workshops and competitions. The booking identifies the specific engagement that matters to the traveller and preserves its time beside every collection address, avoiding a plan based only on the public opening period. Admission, trade eligibility, competition instructions and session changes remain with Professional Beauty London. FCET uses the passenger's current organiser information to coordinate the confirmed travel timing and Excel destination.

02 — Service on the day
The professional programme leads the passenger plan
The itinerary records the chosen show day, live-stage or competition commitment and onward address, while admission and programme changes remain with the organiser.
03 — A named trade show
Separate the exhibition from fashion appointments
Professional Beauty London is a beauty and spa trade event at Excel London, co-located with Salon International for this edition. London Fashion Week is a different, multi-location programme with its own invitations and addresses, so the two journeys are not combined under a general beauty or fashion label. The movement uses the Professional Beauty London title in full. A salon dinner, brand appointment, training venue or hotel after the show is recorded independently with its complete address and responsible contact.
Passengers should declare professional kits, cases, product bags, presentation material and overnight luggage. Sharps, chemicals, liquids, powered equipment or competition tools may be subject to separate packing, carriage or provider requirements and are not accepted by assumption. A salon or brand team can share when its departure and first engagement align. Competitors, educators and exhibitors on different schedules receive separate vehicle records with named travellers, a lead contact and their own onward plan.
04 — After the event

Agree a public reference for every movement
FCET uses the One Western Gateway address, booked time and current conditions to check a practical public-road reference. Before the journey, the lead passenger receives the usable public point and final walk based on current organiser and venue instructions. The return group and luggage can differ after purchases or competitions. The booking retains the declared load, departure window and next full address, while the chauffeur confirms the usable public point before the party leaves the hall.
FCET checks the 4–5 October 2026 edition, chosen day, passenger names, show role, first fixed engagement, collection addresses, declared equipment and later destinations. Programme changes enter the journey only after the authorised contact supplies the revised details. Journey cost follows the confirmed vehicles and sectors. Tickets, professional access, workshops, stages, competitions and event delivery remain governed by Professional Beauty London, Salon International and Excel London; FCET manages the agreed passenger movements.
