The service standard
One The Fire Safety Event Europe itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current European edition
Plan for the April 2027 fire-safety event
The Fire Safety Event Europe runs at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 April 2027. The current site presents an active and passive fire-safety event for professionals, installers, integrators, consultants and end users. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A product meeting, live demonstration, education session, speaking call or exhibitor duty supplies the requested arrival target; registration and show access stay with the organiser.
Installers, responsible persons, facilities teams, consultants, specifiers, manufacturers and suppliers may begin with different priorities. Each vehicle instruction names its passengers, collections, first engagement and authorised contact. Teams can share where those details align. Separate cars preserve an earlier technical demonstration or speaker call without forcing every attendee onto the same schedule.

03 — Intent boundary
Separate fire safety from response and security
This event focuses active and passive fire protection, fire-safety management, products and professional learning. The Security Event Europe is a separately branded co-located show, while the Emergency Services Show concerns frontline response and resilience. The movement record keeps the fire-safety registration and commitment attached to the correct travellers. A later site inspection, supplier office or hotel journey receives its own full address and time.
Laptop bags, documents, protective clothing, compact samples and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Capacity follows the fullest confirmed sector rather than the outward journey alone. Controlled products, cylinders, chemicals, large systems, tools, stands and freight require separate specialist handling. A passenger booking does not automatically include operational, test or exhibition equipment.

07 — NEC Hall 4
Treat the hall as event information only
The official page lists The Fire Safety Event Europe in Hall 4 at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT. That hall detail does not establish a vehicle entrance, stopping right, waiting place or access permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the requested time. The return record includes an intended window, lead traveller and onward address, with the usable reference confirmed before the party leaves the show.
Before travel, FCET checks the 27–29 April 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes a confirmed instruction. The Fire Safety Event Europe and the NEC control registration, programme content and venue operations. FCET is responsible for the planned passenger movements it confirms.
