Chauffeur travel for UCX Manchester 2027

A Manchester communications-technology itinerary for UC, CX, AV, contact-centre and supplier teams.

01 — Current UCX edition

Use the April 2027 Manchester event

UCX Manchester runs at Manchester Central on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 April 2027. Its current site covers unified communications and collaboration, cloud and networks, video and audiovisual systems, customer contact, call-centre technology and AI. FCET records the selected day and first fixed UCX commitment. A communications briefing, supplier appointment, demonstration, speaking call or exhibitor duty supplies the requested arrival target; registration and session access remain with UCX.

UC specialists, collaboration teams, contact-centre leaders, customer-experience managers, AV professionals and suppliers may have different opening meetings. Each car retains its named travellers, collections, first engagement and authorised contact. Colleagues can share when those details align. Separate instructions preserve an earlier demonstration or speaker call, while an evening partner meeting or hotel return is recorded as another movement with its own time and address.

02 — Service on the day

Communications roles stay on named schedules

Each vehicle keeps its UCX travellers, communications or experience commitment and next complete address distinct from the co-located DTX programme.

03 — UCX intent

Keep UCX distinct from DTX and London

UCX Manchester is the northern Manchester Central edition. Unified Communications Expo London is a separate October 2026 event at Excel London, so the booking keeps the city, dates and registration together rather than relying on the shared UCX name. DTX Manchester is co-located but spans wider business transformation across technology, people and process. UCX travel remains tied to communications, collaboration, workplace and customer-contact commitments even when one team covers both shows.

Laptop bags, headsets, compact cameras, collaboration devices, presentation cases and hotel luggage are declared with the party. The vehicle is selected for the fullest confirmed passenger sector. Display screens, equipment racks, batteries, exhibition stands, loose cabling and freight need an individual assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include an AV installation, network equipment movement or exhibition delivery.

  1. Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
  2. The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
  3. The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Manchester destination

Treat Manchester Central as a venue, not a promise

The official UCX travel page gives Manchester Central, Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX. It identifies the venue but does not promise a specific entrance, set-down place, waiting position or private-road access. FCET checks a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return instruction includes the intended window, lead traveller and next complete address, and the reference is reconfirmed before the party leaves its final UCX meeting.

Before departure, FCET checks the 28–29 April 2027 edition, chosen day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared devices and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes the confirmed movement record. UCX and Manchester Central control admission, programme content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the passenger travel it confirms and makes no entrance or waiting claim from the published venue address.
