The service standard
One Wimbledon Qualifying Competition itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — A distinct competition
Qualifying is not a Church Road session
Wimbledon's official record describes the Qualifying Competition as Gentlemen's and Ladies' Singles played to determine the final Main Draw places for The Championships. The 2026 competition ran from Monday 22 to Thursday 25 June. Those dates are now past. For a future journey, FCET starts with the new edition details and the passenger's valid admission confirmation, then plans the collection and return around the day being attended.
The official 2026 information places the competition at the Community Sport Centre Roehampton. The Championships main event used Church Road, a separate site with a different visitor journey. Roehampton belongs to the 2026 record only. A later booking must confirm both the qualifying site and date from the new edition information, without copying the Church Road destination from a Championships journey.

03 — Admission and first play
Anchor the outward journey to one confirmed day
A qualifying visit needs the date, intended arrival and the passenger's admission information. FCET works back through every home, hotel or office collection, leaving room for loading, passenger handover and the pedestrian part of arrival. The journey does not assume a court, match or player schedule. Those details can change within a live competition, so the car instruction stays with the confirmed site and arrival commitment supplied by the passenger.
Passengers can declare outerwear, day bags, mobility items and any luggage continuing to a hotel or station. FCET chooses the vehicle around the fullest booked movement, not the number of tennis tickets alone. First Class can suit one or two guests, while XL may suit a family or small group with more belongings. For several collection addresses, each passenger group and its onward destination is recorded before the first car leaves.
04 — Service on the day
Confirm the qualifying site for each edition
Roehampton was the 2026 qualifying site. A future journey uses the date, site and admission details confirmed for that edition, while the Championships guide remains for the main event at Church Road.

07 — After qualifying play
Keep collection separate from arrival
The party may leave after a chosen match or at the end of its planned visit. FCET records a return window, lead passenger and full onward address, without treating the outward road position as a permanent collection point. The chauffeur checks the usable public approach and sends the lead passenger a recognisable reference. Guests remain together until the car is identified, reducing conflicting directions when several spectators leave at once.
A future booking begins with the edition, site and admission details supplied for that visit. FCET then records every passenger address, the complete party, carried belongings and the onward plan. The outward target and return window are set for that confirmed day. If the organiser changes the site or visitor instruction, the lead passenger updates FCET before travel so the car follows the current plan.
