Chauffeur travel for WTM London 2026

A three-day itinerary for delegates and exhibitors, connecting hotels, Excel London and each onward business commitment.

The service standard

One WTM London itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — The current WTM edition

Start with the 2026 show dates

WTM London's official information lists the 2026 event from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November at Excel London. WTM describes the gathering as a place for the global travel community and travel professionals, supporting separate plans for visitors, buyers, exhibitors and working teams. FCET records the attendee's show day and first fixed commitment. A registration opening, stand briefing, scheduled meeting or hosted appointment can each set the arrival target, so the event name alone is not treated as a complete timetable.

The organiser gives the 2026 venue as Excel London, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Docks, London E16 1XL. That identifies WTM's site and edition; it does not establish a hall, entrance or vehicle handover for every attendee. Excel London hosts many exhibitions, so the booking names WTM London, the attendee's show date and the first fixed commitment. The wider ExCeL guide remains useful when planning another event at the same venue.

03 — Delegate movements

Give each address and meeting a purpose

A delegate itinerary may connect a London hotel, WTM attendance and an evening business address. FCET records each movement separately with its passengers, requested time and final address, while one lead traveller can approve changes. For several cars, a manifest assigns each guest to a vehicle and destination. That avoids copying one passenger list across every day when buyers, colleagues or hosts have different meeting schedules and evening plans.

Exhibitors can describe presentation cases, printed material, day bags and hotel luggage with the complete passenger count. FCET assesses the fullest planned sector, since a vehicle that suits the morning party may not suit added cases later. First Class can serve one or two principals, while XL may keep a small working group and its declared belongings together. Oversized or specialist freight is not assumed to fit a passenger vehicle and must be identified before confirmation.

04 — Service on the day

Delegate and exhibitor movements stay distinct

Each movement carries its own passenger list, show-day commitment, carried material and onward address, so a hotel departure, exhibition arrival and evening engagement remain separate instructions within the WTM itinerary.

07 — Across three show days

Treat each morning and evening as a fresh movement

A multi-day instruction records the hotel departure, required show arrival and evening destination for each date. The same passengers may not travel together every day, and a dinner or client engagement belongs as its own confirmed address. The chauffeur works from the current public road approach and the passenger's event information. FCET does not promise entry to a hall, service area or controlled road, and no permanent vehicle position is inferred from the venue address.

The return instruction carries a realistic window, lead passenger and full onward address. When the final meeting changes, that passenger updates FCET before the group begins moving so the car plan is not based on several conflicting messages. The chauffeur confirms a usable public reference after checking the road position available for the event. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and movements, with extra destinations added only after their timing, passengers and carried items are understood.
