01 — Christmas party chauffeur
Start with the guest list and venue instruction
A company or private Christmas party can involve home collections, office departures and guests staying at different hotels. We assign each traveller to a movement before recommending vehicles, then work from the venue's requested arrival. The booking names one contact for changes and the recipients who need practical updates for their own car or group.
The destination instruction should include the event entrance, reception name or host detail supplied by the venue. Seasonal road restrictions and busy kerbs can affect the final approach, so the chauffeur uses lawful access available at the time. A postcode remains useful for routing, but it does not replace the door or landmark that guests have actually been told to use.

03 — Cars for party groups
Coordinate XL and saloon movements
XL Class uses the Mercedes V-Class and can keep a small group together. Individual Business or First Class saloons may suit guests starting elsewhere, while Business Estate and SUV add other seating and luggage arrangements. Several cars can share the same requested arrival, but each still needs its own passenger roster, collection address and mobile contact.
Coats, overnight bags, work equipment and anything collected during the party count toward the load. We assess vehicle choice at the fullest point, including a later hotel collection or an item left in the car. If one vehicle cannot carry the planned party and belongings comfortably, a coordinated second movement can be considered before the evening begins.

05 — The occasion in motion
Every guest needs an assigned journey home
A company party can use one group vehicle, individual cars or a coordinated mix. Passenger lists and final addresses determine the workable order before the evening begins.
06 — Christmas party returns
Assign every homeward journey before arrival
The return should not rely on deciding car groups outside the venue. We record which passengers travel together, their final addresses, the likely release window and the person who confirms readiness. Where the arrival door is not a practical collection point later, each group receives a recognisable meeting landmark and the correct chauffeur contact route.
The office reviews the number of cars, chosen classes, routes and reserved time before confirming the journey cost. Each chauffeur receives only the roster and addresses for that movement, while the booking contact holds the complete plan. A change to a guest or destination is then applied across the affected outward or return car.
