01 — Michelin-star dining chauffeur
Plan from the confirmed table, not a broad destination
A fine-dining booking usually has one time that cannot drift: the restaurant's requested arrival. We begin with the date, party size, reservation name and the precise public entrance supplied by the restaurant. Collections from separate homes, a hotel or an earlier drinks stop are then placed before that point. Each movement keeps its own passenger names and mobile contact, so the itinerary does not rely on a postcode or a message passed between guests on the evening.
Restaurant status and visitor details can change, so the current venue instruction should come from the restaurant and the MICHELIN Guide when that distinction is part of the plan. The MICHELIN Guide currently lists the Waterside Inn on Ferry Road in Bray, SL6 2AT, with Three Stars. That address identifies the establishment, while the booking still records the entrance and lawful set-down relevant to the reservation itself.

03 — The cabin for dinner
Choose for the passengers and everything carried later
First Class can suit two passengers who want a private saloon cabin, while Business Class offers another executive saloon option. XL uses the Mercedes V-Class for a small group. Business Estate and SUV complete the available class choices. The recommendation follows the fullest part of the evening, including additional passengers, formal clothing, gifts, mobility equipment and any overnight cases for a hotel stay.
Bottled water is provided in the passenger cabin, and the chauffeur follows the passenger's lead on conversation. Ordinary luggage assistance is available at collection and arrival. If the meal is one part of a longer celebration, the same booking contact should hold the hotel, theatre or homeward address and the time attached to it. This keeps practical updates with one person without interrupting the rest of the party.

05 — The occasion in motion
The reservation governs both sides of the evening
The requested arrival, named restaurant entrance and passenger contact shape the outward journey. The return keeps its own meeting landmark and final address.
06 — After the final course
Save a collection instruction before going inside
The most convenient arrival point may not be available for collection later. We therefore agree a recognisable lawful landmark, the mobile carried by a passenger and the final address before departure. When the table finish is naturally uncertain, the booking records an expected window and who will confirm readiness. A country restaurant, central London dining room and hotel restaurant each have different access patterns, but the same principle applies: the return must be usable without searching for the arrival car.
At confirmation, outward and return movements remain separate instructions joined by the named booking contact. The quotation reflects the route, selected vehicle and reserved chauffeur time, and the journey cost is confirmed when booked. On the evening, the chauffeur works from the recorded doors and contacts. Any requested change is checked against the remaining passenger, timing and vehicle plan before the next movement proceeds.
