01 — Arrival plan

The approach and set-down for the Savill Garden

The Savill Garden is an enclosed garden within Windsor Great Park, reached from its own signed car park on Wick Lane. The itinerary uses the Wick Lane car park, distinct from other Windsor Great Park entrances. The chauffeur completes handover in the signed visitor car park and avoids garden paths and estate-only lanes.

The booking records every collection, passenger, visit date and one travelling mobile. We plan against the times on your ticket, allowing for loading, traffic and the walk from set-down. Admission remains separate from the chauffeur booking.

03 — During the visit

Retained car or drop and collect at the Savill Garden

Garden time and the walk back to the visitor building are allowed for against the admission held by the passenger. A retained car covers a defined waiting itinerary; drop and collect creates two movements. Neither assumes waiting at the visitor entrance.

Pushchairs, walking aids, picnic bags and hotel cases are declared before the vehicle is chosen; no garden storage is assumed. Passengers look after items taken inside. Collection returns to the agreed Savill Garden car-park reference after the lead passenger confirms the party is together.
