01 — Arrival plan
The approach and set-down for Virginia Water
Virginia Water lake is part of Windsor Great Park, with its own signed visitor car park on London Road. The itinerary names Virginia Water car park, avoiding the village, the Savill Garden car park and the separate Virginia Water South car park. The chauffeur uses the signed London Road visitor car park and does not enter park tracks or pedestrian paths.
The booking records every collection, passenger, visit date and one travelling mobile. We plan against the times on your ticket, allowing for loading, traffic and the walk from set-down. Admission remains separate from the chauffeur booking.
02 — During the visit
Retained car or drop and collect at Virginia Water
Walking time around the lake varies, so collection is agreed against the passenger's plan and includes the return to the car park. A retained car covers a defined waiting itinerary; drop and collect creates two movements. Neither assumes waiting at the visitor entrance.
Pushchairs, mobility equipment, outdoor bags and onward cases are declared together, without assuming storage beside the lake. Passengers look after items taken inside. One contact confirms that the group has returned to the agreed Virginia Water car-park reference before pickup.
03 — The complete load
Day bags and onward luggage travel together
