01 — Arrival plan

The approach and set-down for Waddesdon

Waddesdon Manor is a house, garden and estate at Waddesdon. The driver enters from Silk Street and follows estate signs to the visitor car park and Welcome Pavilion. Passenger handover stays in the visitor car park, not at the manor house or on an estate footpath.

The booking records every collection, passenger, visit date and one travelling mobile. We plan against the times on your ticket, allowing for loading, traffic and the walk from set-down. Admission remains separate from the chauffeur booking.

03 — During the visit

Retained car or drop and collect at Waddesdon

The plan allows time to move from the visitor car park into the estate before the passenger's ticket time and to return there for collection. A retained car covers a defined waiting itinerary; drop and collect creates two movements. Neither assumes waiting at the visitor entrance.

Pushchairs, mobility equipment, day bags and hotel luggage are declared before travel; belongings remain in the car only under a retained-car agreement. Passengers look after items taken inside. Drop and collect returns to the agreed visitor-car-park reference once the party has regrouped there.

Day bags and onward luggage travel together

Passenger numbers, occupied child seats, folded pushchairs, mobility equipment, shopping and hotel luggage are assessed as one load. FCET confirms the fleet class against what will actually be in the vehicle on the fullest movement.
