The service standard
One Big Data & AI World itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current data edition
Use the March 2027 show identity
Big Data & AI World runs at Excel London on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March 2027 within Tech Show London. The organiser describes an audience of senior leaders, AI specialists, data and analytics professionals, managers and decision-makers. FCET records the selected day and first fixed responsibility. A data-platform review, AI meeting, technical session, speaking call or exhibitor duty gives the journey its arrival target.
Data engineering, analytics, machine-learning, governance and business leadership teams can approach the show with different decisions to make. Each vehicle instruction identifies its passengers, collection address, opening commitment and authorised contact. Separate cars protect an early architecture discussion or speaker briefing while another group keeps a later leadership meeting. A client office, dinner or airport movement after Excel receives a separate time and complete address.

03 — Previous-edition context
Use published 2026 themes only as background
The organiser's current themes page labels trusted and explainable AI, workflow automation, organisational adoption and data-led decisions as 2026 programme themes. They establish the show's subject area but do not promise that the same sessions will run in 2027. The chauffeur itinerary follows the passenger's confirmed 2027 commitment. FCET does not infer a theatre, speaker, badge entitlement or session time from the previous programme.
Big Data & AI World is the March Tech Show London exhibition at Excel. Big Data LDN is a separate September event at Olympia, and The AI Summit London is a separate June programme at Tobacco Dock. The booking retains the full event title, venue and dates. That prevents a data-team request from being attached to a similarly named show in a different month or location.

Declare devices and compact demonstration cases
Laptops, presentation material, compact devices and hotel luggage are counted before vehicle assignment. FCET needs the number and handling needs of cases, not datasets, credentials, model details or confidential commercial material. Servers, racks, large displays, batteries and freight require separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include installation, courier custody or movement of unattended technical equipment.
Tech Show London gives Excel London, One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. FCET confirms a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time without inventing an entrance, stopping right or collection position. Before departure, the record is checked for the 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, origins, first commitments, declared items and onward addresses. Current organiser and venue directions govern the final approach.
