The service standard
One Big Data LDN itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The current data event
Use the September 2027 edition
Big Data LDN's official current site lists the data, analytics and AI conference and exhibition at Olympia London on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2027. FCET records the selected day, the Olympia destination and the first fixed responsibility for each passenger group. A confirmed theatre session, arranged vendor meeting, speaking call or exhibitor briefing gives the journey a useful arrival target. Registration and the event programme remain with Big Data LDN; FCET uses the confirmed timing only to plan the passenger movement.
Data, business and IT delegates can attend with different priorities. Each vehicle record therefore names the people travelling, their first commitment and the colleague authorised to approve a timing or destination change. Teams can share a car when hotel departures and first sessions align. If a technical workshop begins before a leadership meeting, separate instructions allow each group to keep its own day instead of building every movement around the earliest attendee.

03 — A specific named show
Separate Big Data LDN from an AI summit
Big Data LDN covers practical data, analytics and AI work at Olympia in September. The AI Summit London is a separate enterprise-AI event at Tobacco Dock in June 2027, with its own date, venue and programme. The booking keeps the exact event title beside the destination. This route is also distinct from a general technology conference request. The Big Data LDN record can identify the actual session, vendor or project conversation that defines arrival, while a later office, dinner or airport movement receives its own complete address.
Laptop bags, presentation material, demonstration devices, small sample cases and hotel luggage are declared with the passenger count. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including a return on which collected material or suitcases join the working load. Large display structures, freight and specialist equipment require separate assessment and are not assumed to fit a passenger vehicle. Each ordinary item stays securely packed and attributed to the travellers responsible for it.

04 — Service on the day
Data-team diaries stay attached to named passengers
The movement record keeps each group's first session, declared devices and onward address together, so technical and leadership schedules can change independently.

07 — Olympia handover
Use a current public-road reference
FCET uses Olympia London's published Hammersmith Road address and the booked time to check a practical lawful public-road handover. The attendee follows the current ticket, registration and venue information for the final walk to the correct event area. For the return, the booking retains an intended window, lead passenger and next complete address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public meeting reference before the group leaves its final session; the morning location is not assumed to remain available.
FCET checks the 22–23 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collection addresses, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. A revised meeting enters the plan through the authorised contact with a complete time and address. Journey cost follows the confirmed cars and sectors. Big Data LDN and Olympia London govern event admission, programme delivery and venue operation; FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements it confirms.
