Chauffeur travel for Infosecurity Europe 2027

A cybersecurity event itinerary for delegate groups, conference commitments, exhibitor meetings and onward business addresses at ExCeL London.

The service standard

One Infosecurity Europe itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — The 2027 event

Anchor the journey to the selected conference day

Infosecurity Europe's official current pages list the 2027 event from Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 June at ExCeL London. The published venue address is One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL, giving the travel record a current event site. The programme brings together cybersecurity vendors, conference sessions and tailored visitor programmes. FCET records the delegate's actual date and first fixed commitment so an exhibition visit, speaking slot and arranged meeting do not become interchangeable arrival targets.

A keynote, briefing, exhibitor appointment or hosted meeting may define the arrival. The booking names that commitment, the passenger group and the collection address. The chauffeur receives a complete movement without needing to interpret the wider conference programme. Registration and agenda details remain with each delegate. FCET can retain the timing information needed for travel, while admission, programme changes and session access stay under the event's current arrangements and the passenger's own registration.

03 — Cybersecurity focus

Keep Infosecurity separate from wider technology weeks

Infosecurity Europe is a named cybersecurity event at ExCeL. London Tech Week has a wider technology programme using Olympia and fringe venues across London, while Futurebuild covers the built environment. The booking keeps the correct event title beside the ExCeL movement. An investor meeting, client office or dinner after the show becomes its own sector with a complete address. This preserves the conference visit as one defined commitment and prevents a company name or general London event label from standing in for the next destination.

Colleagues can share a vehicle when their hotel departure and first commitment align. If agendas divide, each car receives named passengers, an authorised contact and its next address. One late meeting can then change the relevant car without rewriting the whole team's movement plan. Laptop bags, presentation material, demonstration equipment and hotel luggage are declared with the passenger count. Vehicle choice follows the fullest sector, including an airport or station transfer after the event when cases join the working load.

04 — Service on the day

Delegate groups can keep separate working agendas

Each car carries its own named passengers, first conference commitment and onward business address, allowing one team's meeting change to remain separate from another group's exhibition schedule.

07 — At ExCeL

Confirm a public-road reference for each movement

FCET uses the One Western Gateway address to check a practical public-road meeting reference for the booked time and confirms the final walking direction with the lead passenger. The return reference is confirmed before delegates leave the show and can change when current venue activity or road conditions make another public point more practical.

FCET checks the 8–10 June 2027 edition, delegate names, first commitments, collection addresses, working material and onward destinations. A changed session or additional client meeting is added only when its timing and complete address are confirmed. Journey cost follows the agreed vehicles and movements. Registration, conference delivery, exhibitor operation and venue access remain governed by Infosecurity Europe, RX and ExCeL London, while FCET manages the confirmed passenger travel supplied for the booking.
