The service standard
One International Security Expo itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Next edition
Anchor travel to the next Olympia edition
The organiser lists International Security Expo in Olympia London's Grand Hall on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 November 2027. It publishes Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London W14 8UX; confirm admission and programme details closer to travel. FCET records the passenger's first fixed commitment, such as a summit session, supplier appointment, demonstration or exhibitor responsibility. Registration and professional-admission requirements remain with the event.
The official event site addresses security and resilience for businesses, people and critical national infrastructure. Delegates, government or industry guests, operators, suppliers and speakers can therefore have different reporting times and meeting priorities. Each vehicle receives named passengers, a collection plan and one authorised contact. Teams share only when their first commitments align; a later briefing or hosted meeting can remain on its own itinerary.

03 — Intent boundary
Keep physical security distinct from Infosecurity
International Security Expo covers operational and physical-security concerns alongside resilience and counter-terrorism. Infosecurity Europe is a separate cybersecurity event at Excel London in June 2027. The booking keeps the exact expo title so a security keyword does not substitute one programme for the other. A cyber meeting, government office, client site or dinner after Olympia becomes a separate sector with its complete address and time. The next destination is never inferred from the attendee's job title or exhibition badge.
Laptop bags, document cases, compact demonstration equipment and hotel luggage are declared with the passenger count. Capacity follows the fullest confirmed movement rather than the outward journey alone. Large security equipment, controlled items, exhibition structures and freight need separate assessment and appropriate handling. Passenger transport does not include undeclared specialist cargo.

04 — Service on the day
Security responsibilities stay on the right itinerary
The movement record keeps each passenger group's expo commitment, declared technical cases and complete onward address separate from any later government, client or dinner journey.

Treat Olympia as a venue, not an access promise
FCET uses the published Olympia address to check a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The Grand Hall name helps identify the event but does not establish a vehicle entrance, set-down right, waiting place or collection permission. The return record includes an intended window, lead passenger and onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party leaves its final appointment, while the organiser supplies current indoor directions.
Before travel, FCET rechecks the 24–25 November 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, first commitments, collections, declared items and onward destinations. Any change requires a complete time and address from the authorised contact. International Security Expo and Olympia govern admission, programme content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the agreed passenger movements and quoted sectors.
