Plan for the established 2027 conference
LegalEx London takes place on Thursday 11 February 2027 at Convene 133 Houndsditch in the City of London. It is a legal-innovation conference for professionals from law firms and in-house legal teams. FCET records the event name, selected attendance plan and first fixed commitment. A conference session, speaker call, sponsor meeting or supplier appointment supplies the requested arrival time rather than a generic reference to legal business in London.
Law-firm leaders, in-house counsel, operations and technology colleagues, speakers and sponsors can have different reporting times. Each vehicle instruction names only the passengers, collection details and onward movements required for the agreed journey. Colleagues can share when collections and first commitments align. Separate cars allow a speaker or leadership group to retain an independent schedule and authorised contact.

02 — Service on the day
Legal-innovation commitments remain distinct
The movement record keeps each delegate, speaker or sponsor group with its first LegalEx commitment and complete onward address, without inferring another legal appointment.
03 — Intent boundary
Keep LegalEx separate from London Law Expo
LegalEx London is the February legal-innovation conference produced under the LegalEx name. London Law Expo is a separate October event with its own programme and registration, even though both publish 133 Houndsditch as a venue. The booking retains the exact event title and date. A later law-firm office, chambers, court, client meeting or dinner becomes a separate sector with a complete address and time. FCET never infers another destination from a passenger's profession or badge.
Legal working bags, presentation files, document cases and hotel luggage are declared with the named passengers before vehicle assignment. Capacity follows the fullest planned movement, especially when a station journey adds suitcases. Confidential papers and devices remain securely packed and under the passenger's control. Oversized sponsor displays, freight and specialist legal-technology equipment need a separate assessment.

Use 133 Houndsditch as the venue destination
LegalEx London is held at Convene 133 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7DB. FCET uses that address to agree a practical public-road reference without treating the building entrance as a stopping or waiting entitlement. The return record includes an intended window, lead passenger and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the passenger leaves the final session.
Before travel, FCET checks the 11 February 2027 date, passenger names, collection addresses, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. The authorised contact provides any confirmed schedule change. LegalEx and Convene govern registration, conference content and venue operation. FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
