The service standard
One London Build itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The 2026 show
Use London Build's current event and venue
London Build's current official site and the Excel London event listing place the 2026 show on Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November. The edition brings London Build and elementalLONDON together at Excel for a construction, building-services and sustainability programme. FCET records London Build, the selected November day and One Western Gateway as one event identity. The passenger's own meeting or reporting time sets the travel target, and the booked-time road reference is confirmed from current organiser and venue information.
A speaking slot, contractor meeting, buyer appointment or exhibitor call time can require an earlier arrival than a general visitor plan. The booking names that commitment, every collection address and the people in each vehicle. An evening reception, project office or client dinner becomes a separate sector with its own address. This allows the show visit to remain a defined commitment and prevents a company or development name from being mistaken for the next destination.

03 — A separate built-environment show
Do not substitute Futurebuild for London Build
London Build is the 25–26 November 2026 event co-located with elementalLONDON. Futurebuild is a separate built-environment event at Excel London from 11 to 13 May 2027. Grand Designs Live London is another distinct show, aimed at self-build, renovation and home-improvement visitors. The booking therefore keeps the London Build title and November date in full. A passenger who is attending more than one industry event receives a separate movement record for each edition, even when the destination venue is the same.
Laptop bags, drawings, protected samples, small models and overnight cases are considered with the passenger count. Oversized displays, tools, loose materials or specialist freight are outside an ordinary passenger booking and require an appropriate logistics provider. Shared cars work when colleagues leave from the same address and have aligned commitments. If site teams, speakers and clients divide, each vehicle keeps named passengers, one authorised contact and its own onward destination.

04 — Service on the day
The construction-show day keeps one accountable itinerary
The booking keeps the London Build date, named passengers, first meeting and onward business address together without treating another built-environment event as the destination.

Confirm the public-road reference for the booked time
FCET checks a practical public-road reference using the One Western Gateway destination, the booked time and current conditions. The final public point and walking direction are confirmed with the lead passenger using current organiser and venue instructions. The return record carries the intended departure window, current passenger group and next address. Before the group leaves the exhibition, the chauffeur confirms which public point is usable for that movement.
FCET checks the 25–26 November 2026 edition, chosen day, first fixed commitment, passenger names, collection addresses, declared load and later destinations. A changed meeting is incorporated only after the responsible passenger supplies its complete details. Journey cost follows the confirmed vehicles and sectors. Show admission, CPD activity, exhibitor arrangements and venue operation remain governed by London Build, elementalLONDON and Excel London; FCET manages the agreed passenger journey.
