01 — The 2027 event
Use the current Futurebuild dates at ExCeL
Futurebuild's official current page lists the 2027 event from Tuesday 11 to Thursday 13 May at ExCeL London. The venue address is Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Docks, London E16 1XL, and FCET keeps it with the booked event date. Futurebuild is presented as a built-environment event and is co-located with other construction shows. The passenger's own registration and programme identify the commitment being attended; a co-located event name is not substituted for the confirmed Futurebuild instruction.
A speaking slot, exhibitor briefing, hosted meeting or seminar can set the required arrival. FCET records that first immovable commitment with the traveller's collection address and group, giving the road journey a useful target beyond the venue's general opening day. The ExCeL address does not promise access to a hall, registration desk or controlled vehicle area. The passenger uses current admission information for the indoor journey, while the chauffeur confirms a lawful public handover reference for the booked date and time.

03 — Delegate groups
Give each vehicle a complete working brief
Colleagues share a car when their hotel departure, first commitment and later destination align. Where schedules separate, every vehicle carries a named passenger group, contact and onward address so one delegate's changed meeting does not create ambiguity for another car. A station or airport arrival, the event transfer and an evening engagement remain distinct movements. That structure allows luggage and reporting needs to follow the people who actually travel on each sector, even when one coordinator oversees the wider programme.
Work bags, product samples, presentation material and hotel cases are declared with the passenger count. A return after the exhibition may carry more than the morning arrival, so vehicle choice reflects the greatest planned load across the confirmed itinerary. First Class can suit a principal or two colleagues, while XL may suit a small team with more belongings. Large exhibition structures, freight and unusually bulky samples need separate assessment and are not assumed to travel in a passenger vehicle.

05 — Service on the day
Professional commitments define each movement
The journey record separates hotel departures, Futurebuild attendance and later business addresses, giving each delegate group its own timing and onward instruction.
06 — Three event days
Keep every date and onward address current
A multi-day instruction records each date, hotel departure, passenger list and first Futurebuild commitment. If a delegate moves hotel, joins another team or adds a meeting, the affected day's movement is revised without copying that change into the rest of the booking. The return names one lead passenger, a departure window and the complete next address. FCET confirms a usable public meeting reference before the group leaves ExCeL; the outward location is not treated as an automatic evening collection position.
Before departure, FCET checks the 11–13 May 2027 edition, confirmed attendance day, passenger group, collections, carried items and onward movements. A schedule revision comes through the authorised contact and is assessed for its timing and capacity effect. The agreed journey price follows the confirmed cars and sectors. Event admission, co-located show access, hall operation and programme changes remain governed by Futurebuild, ExCeL and the passenger's current registration.
