Chauffeur travel for London Concours 2027

A central London automotive event plan for the Honourable Artillery Company, with the selected day, passenger group and onward address recorded.

The service standard

One London Concours itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — The 2027 London event

Name London Concours and its City site

London Concours' official current pages list the event from Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 June 2027. It takes place in the Artillery Gardens of the Honourable Artillery Company, whose published address is Armoury House, City Road, London EC1Y 2BQ. The event site describes a display of rare cars and identifies Thorough Events Limited as the operator. FCET records the London Concours name, the selected June date and the City Road site together, giving the chauffeur an event identity that cannot be mistaken for another automotive gathering.

A general ticket, hospitality booking, invited engagement or exhibitor commitment can create a different arrival target. The itinerary uses the passenger's actual date and time with the complete collection address, keeping the movement grounded in the current booking information. Guests travelling together receive one lead passenger and onward plan. When collectors, hosts or corporate groups divide, every car keeps its own named passengers and next destination so one party's revised schedule does not alter the others.

03 — A separate concours

Do not confuse the HAC event with Hampton Court

London Concours is the June event at the Honourable Artillery Company in the Square Mile. The Concours of Elegance is a separate September event at Hampton Court Palace. Each has its own page, dates, site and travel context within the FCET event collection. The booking therefore uses London Concours in full and retains the Armoury House address. A reference to 'the concours' alone is clarified before confirmation, especially when a guest attends several automotive events during the season.

Smart clothing, day bags, hospitality belongings and hotel luggage are declared before the vehicle is assigned. The fullest sector controls capacity, including a later station or airport transfer when cases join passengers who arrived with lighter event bags. First Class can suit one or two guests, while XL may suit a small party with more luggage. This page covers passenger travel only. Display vehicles, parts and specialist automotive freight require separate arrangements outside the chauffeur booking.

04 — Service on the day

The City event keeps its own identity

07 — At City Road

Confirm the City Road meeting reference

FCET uses the Armoury House address to check a practical public-road meeting reference that fits the booked time and confirms the final walking direction with the lead passenger. The return record names the lead passenger, intended departure window and next full address, with the public reference confirmed before the party leaves the event.

FCET checks the 8–10 June 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, carried items and onward destination. Any hospitality or hosted commitment used for timing is retained from the guest's current information and attached to the correct movement. Journey cost follows the confirmed vehicle and sectors. Tickets, hospitality, event operation and controlled access remain governed by London Concours, Thorough Events and the Honourable Artillery Company, while FCET manages the agreed passenger travel to and from the supplied addresses.
