The service standard
One London Packaging Week itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The next packaging event
Use the September 2027 edition
London Packaging Week's official current site lists the event at Excel London on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2027. The programme brings together packaging work across luxury, beauty, drinks and fast-moving consumer goods. FCET records the selected day, named event and 1 Western Gateway destination. A buyer meeting, design discussion, speaking time or exhibitor briefing then defines the useful arrival target for the passenger rather than the public opening period alone.
The official show presents dedicated areas for luxury packaging, perfume and cosmetics, premium drinks, and food or consumer products. A traveller identifies the relevant area and first meeting so the movement supports the work they intend to complete. Registration, programme access and exhibitor appointments remain with London Packaging Week. FCET keeps only the details needed for travel: passenger names, collection addresses, target time, declared items and every later business or transport address.

03 — Samples and design material
Plan capacity before the exhibition day
Brand and design teams should declare portfolios, presentation boards, work bags, sample cases and hotel luggage before confirmation. The selected vehicle must accommodate the fullest intended sector without using passenger space as unplanned storage. Any liquid, sharp, fragile, oversized, regulated or unusually valuable item needs a clear description and secure packing. Some contents may require specific agreement or a specialist carrier; attendance at a packaging show does not itself make an item suitable for passenger transport.
Colleagues can share when their departure, first meeting and expected finish are compatible. Buyers moving between supplier appointments, speakers with reporting times and exhibitors working longer hours can instead receive separate vehicle records. An evening client dinner, studio visit, hotel return or airport connection is a new sector. Its complete address, passenger group and required timing remain beside the exhibition movement so the day can be reconciled without guesswork.

04 — Service on the day

Confirm the public reference before each walk
FCET uses the public venue address, the booked time and current conditions to check a practical road reference. The passenger retains current organiser information for the correct hall and the pedestrian route after leaving the car. The return record allows for declared samples collected during the day. Before the group leaves Excel London, the chauffeur confirms the usable public meeting reference with the lead passenger and keeps the onward address ready.
FCET checks the 22–23 September 2027 edition, chosen day, passenger names, first commitments, collection addresses, expected samples, luggage and onward destinations. A new supplier meeting changes the journey only when the authorised contact provides its time and address. Journey cost follows the confirmed vehicles and sectors. Easyfairs organises London Packaging Week and Excel London governs the venue, halls and campus. FCET manages the agreed passenger travel and its recorded public handovers.
