01 — Current pub-trade edition
Plan around the April 2027 business show
The Pub Show takes place at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. The official site describes a dedicated trade event for the UK pub sector, bringing owners, operators, managers, chefs, buyers and suppliers into Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. FCET records the selected day and first supplier meeting, product review, business session, chef commitment or exhibitor reporting time. The organiser remains responsible for trade verification, admission and programme access.
Independent operators, managed groups, bar managers and food teams may review drinks, menus, equipment, entertainment or service ideas on different schedules. Each vehicle record names its travellers, collection and opening business commitment. A group shares when its diary aligns. Separate movements can protect an owner's early supplier meeting, a chef's feature time or a later visit to a pub, brewery, office or dinner venue with its own complete address.

03 — Intent boundary
Distinguish pub trade from wider hospitality
The Pub Show is dedicated to pub and bar businesses. HRC addresses the wider hotel, restaurant and catering market, while Hospitality Tech360 focuses technology used across hospitality operations. London Wine Fair is a separate drinks trade event on different dates. IFE covers food-and-drink sourcing across retail, wholesale, foodservice and hospitality. Even though a Food, Drink & Hospitality Week pass spans co-located events, the booking retains The Pub Show when pub operations define the first appointment.
Work bags, menus, glassware or merchandise samples, sealed product packs and hotel luggage are declared before vehicle assignment. Return capacity includes anything the team reasonably expects to collect during supplier conversations. Open drinks, alcohol consignments, temperature-controlled food, kegs, bulky equipment, furniture and freight require separate assessment. Passenger travel does not create a cellar, storage or licensed goods-delivery service.

05 — Service on the day
Pub-business conversations stay together
Each movement retains its owner, operator, buyer, chef or supplier group, first Pub Show meeting and complete onward address.
06 — Excel movement
Use the venue address without naming an invented door
The Pub Show lists Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET confirms a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time rather than promising access, stopping or waiting at an assumed hall entrance. The return record keeps its intended window, lead passenger and onward address. The chauffeur checks the usable reference before the final pub-sector meeting ends, while organisers and venue staff control on-site directions.
FCET reconciles the 5–7 April 2027 edition, chosen day, named passengers, collections, first Pub Show appointment, declared items and next destinations. Each later pub or hospitality visit is entered as a separate addressed sector. The Pub Show, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel govern admission, content and venue operations. FCET manages only the passenger movements and vehicles it confirms.
