The service standard
One HRC itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current hospitality edition
Use the April 2027 HRC identity
HRC, the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering event, runs at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. Its official site places professional kitchen equipment, food and drink, design, tableware and hospitality solutions within one B2B event. FCET records the chosen day and first operator meeting, equipment review, supplier appointment, stage session or exhibitor responsibility. That commitment sets the required arrival rather than a general hospitality-week opening time.
Hotel leaders, restaurant operators, caterers, chefs, procurement teams and designers can share HRC while carrying different operational priorities. Each vehicle keeps its named party, origin, first appointment and authorised contact. Separate travel protects an early kitchen-equipment demonstration, a design consultation or a later property visit. A hotel inspection, restaurant meeting or supplier showroom after Excel receives its own complete address and time.

03 — Intent boundary
Keep operations distinct from technology and pub trade
HRC covers the wider operating environment of hotels, restaurants and catering, including equipment, supplies, interiors and foodservice products. Hospitality Tech360 is the co-located technology marketplace; The Pub Show is dedicated to pub and bar businesses. IFE is for food-and-drink product sourcing across several commercial channels. The passenger may visit each show, but the booking records HRC only when the opening purpose is the hospitality-operations programme.
Work bags, catalogues, small tableware or textile samples and hotel luggage are declared together. Fragile items need suitable packaging, and vehicle capacity reflects anything the team expects to collect before departure. Kitchen machinery, knives or controlled tools, furniture, food requiring temperature control, large display pieces and freight need separate handling. Passenger transport does not automatically include installation or commercial delivery.

04 — Service on the day

07 — Excel destination
Confirm a road reference, not a hall assumption
The organiser lists Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses the address and confirmed time to agree a practical lawful public-road reference without claiming a particular entrance, waiting right or loading permission. The return record holds an intended window, lead passenger and full onward destination. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the final equipment, design or supplier conversation ends.
Before departure, FCET checks the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, collections, first HRC commitments, declared items and next addresses. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. HRC, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel govern professional verification, admission, content and venue operation. FCET manages the passenger sectors it confirms, not stand freight or equipment installation.
