Chauffeur travel for The Restaurant Show at Food & Drink Expo 2027

A current foodservice and hospitality trade itinerary for buyers, operators, suppliers, speakers and exhibitors at the NEC Birmingham.

The service standard

One The Restaurant Show at Food & Drink Expo itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — Current event identity

Use the integrated 2027 event identity

The current official Food & Drink Expo site says The Restaurant Show is fully integrated into Food & Drink Expo. The next edition runs at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 April 2027, so an old standalone London listing is not the correct event plan. FCET records Food & Drink Expo and the passenger's Restaurant Show or hospitality purpose together. The selected day, first buyer appointment, supplier meeting, stage session or exhibitor responsibility then provides the useful arrival target.

The integrated event covers foodservice and hospitality within a wider show for food, drink, retail, wholesale and manufacturing. Restaurant operators, buyers, suppliers and speakers can therefore arrive with different sourcing, product, operational or content priorities. Teams can share when collections and first commitments align. Separate cars protect an exhibitor's earlier reporting time, a buyer's appointment diary or a speaker's call while one authorised contact coordinates confirmed changes.

03 — Intent boundaries

Do not confuse the trade show with dining or a festival

This page is for the professional Food & Drink Expo itinerary into which The Restaurant Show is integrated. It is not a chauffeur booking for a restaurant reservation, a progressive dining evening or a public tasting festival such as Taste of London. The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show is also a separate trade event at Excel London in September 2026. The booking keeps Food & Drink Expo, the NEC Birmingham and the April 2027 dates together so similar hospitality names do not produce the wrong city or show.

Work bags, compact samples, presentation material and hotel luggage are declared before vehicle assignment. A buyer or operator may return with more material than they carried in, so capacity follows the fullest planned sector. Perishable goods, temperature-controlled products, large exhibition equipment and freight need separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include commercial product logistics or stand deliveries.

07 — NEC handover

Use the NEC address without assuming a hall approach

The official event page gives the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, West Midlands B40 1NT. FCET uses that destination and the booked time to check a practical lawful public-road reference; the organiser and venue provide current ticket, hall and indoor directions. For the return, the booking keeps an intended window, named passenger contact and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party leaves its final commitment, without inferring waiting or access rights from a hall or venue coordinate.

Before travel, FCET checks the 12–14 April 2027 edition, chosen day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Any confirmed change comes from the authorised contact with a complete time and address. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. Food & Drink Expo and the NEC govern registration, programme content and venue operation; FCET manages the passenger movements it confirms.
