Hospital destination guides

Chauffeur journeys to named hospitals

Choose the hospital and confirmed site, then connect the collection, required arrival and homeward journey through one address-led plan.

01 — Choose the destination

Hospital names identify different road journeys

Reading has three separate destinations: Spire Dunedin at 16 Bath Road RG1 6NS, Berkshire Independent at Swallows Croft, Wensley Road, Coley Park RG1 6UZ, and Circle Reading at 100 Drake Way RG2 0NE. Spire Thames Valley is at Wexham Street, Wexham SL3 6NH; The Princess Margaret Hospital is on Osborne Road, Windsor SL4 3SJ; Frimley Park is the NHS Trust destination on Portsmouth Road, Frimley GU16 7UJ. The hospital name keeps a town-level travel request tied to the place on the appointment confirmation.

Dunedin’s provider lists consulting suites at different Bath Road numbers. Circle Reading separates its published location postcode from its sat-nav guidance. Spire Thames Valley’s rail guidance names Slough and Gerrards Cross, while Princess Margaret’s describes two Windsor station choices. Frimley Health lists the current Portsmouth Road hospital alongside information about a new hospital. The appointment’s site details identify the road destination when several buildings share a town or hospital name.

02 — Build the itinerary

Arrival, people and return have separate details

FCET’s address-led journey plan records the full collection and destination addresses, date, required arrival, passenger contact, party, luggage, intermediate calls and any separate return. The time supplied for appointment reporting anchors the outward discussion. A home collection, hotel checkout or rail arrival supplies a different starting point and may add another fixed commitment. A family member joining at a separate address is listed as an intermediate call, with the people travelling on each leg kept clear before confirmation.

The return needs its own final address and contact. A passenger might travel home, return to accommodation or continue to a railway station, and a companion may use only one direction. When the finish is uncertain, the booking discussion records that separately from the outward arrival. A current ready-to-travel update from the passenger or family can inform the return details. The appointment start does not by itself identify the homeward journey time, passenger count or destination.

FCET offers five fleet classes: Business, Business Estate, XL, First and SUV. Passenger numbers and belongings for the complete itinerary inform the vehicle discussion, including any bags that join later or stay at a hotel. Journey cost is confirmed at booking for the agreed road movements. Maintained chauffeur conduct includes punctuality, discretion, professional presentation and considerate assistance. The collection location and named hospital remain separate addresses in the confirmed journey.
