The service standard
One Clerkenwell Design Week itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — The 2027 design week
Use the registered venue behind each programme item
Clerkenwell Design Week's official visitor information lists the 2027 event from Tuesday 25 to Thursday 27 May. It requires a visitor badge for exhibition venues and showroom events and describes a programme distributed among separate exhibition spaces and participating showrooms within the district. FCET records the exact exhibition or showroom named for each commitment. The official list includes sites such as the House of Detention at 12 Sans Walk and the Old Sessions House at 23 Clerkenwell Green, showing why the event name alone is not a sufficient destination.
Some registered venues may suit a pedestrian sequence once guests are in Clerkenwell. The car plan still needs the first address, the final address and every later commitment outside that cluster. FCET records which sectors require the vehicle and which programme stops the passengers expect to reach on foot. A showroom appointment, exhibition visit and evening reception may use different hours and access conditions. Each retains its named address and intended time. The chauffeur receives the road journey only after the passenger's programme has established where the next handover belongs.

03 — Clear event identity
Do not substitute the city-wide September festival
Clerkenwell Design Week is the May programme concentrated in Clerkenwell and EC1. London Design Festival is a separate September programme spread across numerous London districts. The itinerary records the event title and edition beside each venue to prevent a familiar design address from being attached to the wrong calendar. An address used by several exhibitions over the year is treated as the location for the passenger's named CDW commitment only. Registration, admission and opening information come from the current Clerkenwell Design Week listing and the visitor's own badge details.
Architects, designers, buyers and suppliers may begin together and divide for different meetings. Each vehicle record names its passengers, first fixed appointment and authorised contact. Changes can then be limited to the relevant group without obscuring another team's next showroom or hotel movement. Work bags, samples, catalogues and personal luggage are declared with the passenger count. Vehicle choice follows the fullest sector, including an evening return with material collected during the day or a hotel departure that brings cases into the journey.

04 — Service on the day
One district can still require several addresses
Every registered exhibition, showroom meeting and evening commitment keeps its own Clerkenwell address, allowing the car plan to follow the selected programme stop by stop.

Agree a lawful public reference for the booked time
For each exhibition or showroom, FCET checks a practical public-road meeting reference and gives the lead passenger a clear final walking direction before the journey. The return reference is confirmed separately because the next venue, pedestrian route and current road conditions may make another nearby public point more practical.
Before travel, FCET checks the 25–27 May 2027 edition, registered programme items, full addresses, passenger groups, belongings and onward plan. Showroom hours can vary, so the visitor's confirmed appointment remains the operative commitment for that movement. The agreed price follows the confirmed vehicles and sectors. Badge issue, exhibition admission, showroom operation and programme changes remain with Clerkenwell Design Week and its participating venues, while FCET manages the passenger itinerary supplied for the booking.
