The service standard
One Data Centre World London itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current edition
Use the current March 2027 edition
Data Centre World's official current page lists the London show at Excel London on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March 2027. It remains one of the five specialist events within Tech Show London and is a different programme from Big Data LDN. FCET records the selected day and the first fixed responsibility for each group. A technical theatre session, supplier appointment, stand briefing or leadership meeting gives the journey a practical arrival target.
The organiser's current page recaps the previous event: it says Data Centre World brought together data-centre operators, engineers and infrastructure leaders, and that the community explored energy efficiency, advanced cooling, modular design and infrastructure strategies for AI demand. That retrospective summary is not an announced 2027 agenda. For the confirmed 10–11 March 2027 edition, the passenger record identifies only the attendee's own confirmed facility or engineering commitment that matters first. Colleagues can share when collections and first commitments align. Separate vehicles let an engineering team, senior buyer or exhibitor keep its own reporting time and later address without forcing every attendee into one broad technology schedule.

03 — Intent boundaries
Separate Data Centre World from cloud and data events
Data Centre World focuses on the built and operational infrastructure of data centres. Cloud & AI Infrastructure is the co-located show for cloud foundations, compute, storage, networking and AI workload readiness. Big Data LDN is a separate September event at Olympia London for data, analytics and AI teams. One Tech Show badge may cover the co-located March shows, but it does not remove the need to record the passenger's exact event and first commitment. A later Big Data LDN journey belongs to a different date, venue and itinerary.
Laptop bags, small product cases, presentation material and hotel luggage are declared with the party. Capacity follows the fullest planned movement, including a return on which collected material or overnight cases join the group. Large components, rack equipment, batteries, freight and exhibition structures require separate assessment. The passenger booking is not a logistics or stand-delivery service, and specialist items are not assumed to fit.

04 — Service on the day

07 — Excel handover
Plan an address-led Excel handover
Tech Show London publishes Excel London, One Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses that current address and the booked time to check a lawful public-road reference; organisers and the venue control registration, hall information and access inside the campus. For the return, the record retains an intended window, named lead passenger and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the party walks out, without inferring waiting rights or a collection position from a hall or map coordinate.
FCET checks the 10–11 March 2027 edition, chosen day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. An authorised contact supplies any confirmed change with a complete time and address. Journey cost follows the agreed cars and sectors. Data Centre World and Excel London govern event admission, content and venue operations; FCET manages only the passenger travel it confirms.
