The service standard
One Cloud & AI Infrastructure itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current event identity
Use the current Cloud & AI Infrastructure identity
The official current event is Cloud & AI Infrastructure, not a new edition trading under the old Cloud Expo Europe name. CloserStill describes the change as a refreshed identity for the long-running Cloud Expo legacy. The 2027 event runs at Excel London on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March. FCET records Cloud & AI Infrastructure, the selected day and the passenger's first fixed commitment. That prevents an old event name from obscuring the current destination, badge information or programme the traveller is actually using.
The organiser's current page recaps a previous event for cloud architects, IT directors and infrastructure leaders, covering automation, sovereign cloud, FinOps and AI workloads. That is not an announced 2027 agenda. For 10–11 March 2027, the passenger's confirmed meeting, session, demonstration or speaking call sets the arrival target. Passenger groups can travel together when hotel collections and first commitments align. A technical team and an executive stakeholder can keep separate vehicles when their first sessions or later addresses diverge, with one authorised contact responsible for changes.

03 — Intent boundaries
Do not merge three different technology events
Cloud & AI Infrastructure concentrates on scalable cloud foundations, compute, storage, networking and the environments supporting AI workloads. DTX London is a separate October event about organisation-wide transformation across technology, people and operations. Data Centre World shares the March Tech Show site but focuses on physical data-centre operations, power, cooling and resilient facilities. The booking keeps the exact event title beside Excel London. One Tech Show London badge can cover five co-located shows, but that shared access does not make the passenger's first meeting, reporting time or specialist agenda interchangeable.
Laptop bags, presentation material, compact demonstration devices and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including a later station or airport journey when suitcases join the working load. Large display structures, freight, server equipment and specialist cases require separate assessment. FCET does not assume that equipment intended for an exhibition stand is suitable for an ordinary passenger vehicle.

04 — Service on the day
Cloud commitments stay with the correct passengers
The record keeps each traveller's current event name, first technical commitment and onward address together even when co-located shows share the same badge.

07 — Excel handover
Use the venue address without inventing an entrance
The current Tech Show visitor information gives Excel London, One Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses that destination and the booked time to check a practical lawful public-road handover, while the attendee follows current organiser information for registration and the final indoor walk. The return keeps an intended window, named passenger contact and complete next address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves its last commitment; a hall, registration desk or representative venue coordinate is not treated as a vehicle access promise.
Before travel, FCET checks the 10–11 March 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. The authorised contact supplies a complete time and address for any revised meeting. Journey cost follows the confirmed cars and sectors. Tech Show London and Excel London govern admission, badges, programme content and venue operation; FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements it confirms.
