01 — The current Decorex edition
Record the October dates and Olympia site
Decorex's official current site lists the high-end interior-design event at Olympia London from Sunday 11 to Wednesday 14 October 2026. Its professional programme connects interior designers, architects and specifiers with suppliers, makers, materials, products and design talks. FCET records Decorex, the selected day and Olympia's Hammersmith Road address. A design talk, supplier appointment, client meeting or exhibitor call gives the passenger a specific arrival target for the journey.
A visitor can combine product sourcing, material review and scheduled conversations during one day. The transport record begins with the earliest fixed engagement and retains each later studio, showroom, hotel, dinner or station as a separate movement. Admission, exhibitor access and the talk programme remain with Decorex. FCET coordinates the confirmed passenger itinerary, using the traveller's current information without claiming that a general venue address identifies a particular entrance or internal location.

03 — A fixed Olympia fair
Separate Decorex from other design events
Decorex is a high-end interior-design fair at Olympia London on 11–14 October 2026. London Design Festival is a separate September programme spread across London, while Clerkenwell Design Week uses multiple exhibition sites and showrooms in Clerkenwell in May 2027. The complete event name and venue therefore remain on every movement. A studio visit or festival installation after Decorex needs its own address; it is not treated as another part of the Olympia site.
Passengers should declare portfolios, sample cases, presentation boards, work bags, garment bags and hotel luggage. Vehicle selection accounts for the largest planned load, including material or product samples expected to join the return. Fragile, sharp, liquid, oversized or specialist pieces need secure packing and advance review. Some objects may be unsuitable for a passenger vehicle or require a dedicated carrier, so the itinerary never assumes that every exhibition item can travel.

05 — Service on the day
Design appointments remain tied to the Olympia fair
The record keeps the selected Decorex day, first supplier or talk commitment and subsequent studio, hotel or client address within one accountable itinerary.
06 — Olympia arrival and return
Use a practical public-road reference
The booking uses the Hammersmith Road address and requested time to check a practical public-road handover. The passenger keeps current Decorex and Olympia guidance for the final pedestrian route to the event. For departure, the record retains the intended window, current passenger group, declared samples and next complete address. The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference with the lead passenger before the team walks from its final fair commitment.
FCET checks the 11–14 October 2026 edition, chosen day, passenger names, collection points, first professional commitments, carried items and onward destinations. A new appointment enters the route only after the authorised contact supplies its time and full address. Journey cost follows the confirmed cars and sectors. Informa Markets organises Decorex and Olympia London manages the venue. FCET manages the agreed passenger movements and the public-road references confirmed for those sectors.
