The organiser now lists eCommerce Expo at Excel London on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September 2027. The 2026 edition has ended. The published 2027 positioning is about smarter commerce, including profitable growth, customer journeys and scalable operations; check the final session programme when it is released. FCET records the selected day, passenger group and first fixed commitment. A buyer appointment, supplier demonstration, conference session, speaking call or exhibitor briefing creates a useful arrival target beyond the public opening period.
Retailers, brands, agencies and technology providers can attend for different parts of the commerce operation, from customer acquisition and experience to fulfilment and margin. Each vehicle instruction names the travellers and their first engagement, keeping distinct show diaries visible. A brand team and an operations team can share when their departure and first meeting align. Separate cars protect different supplier diaries or an earlier exhibitor call, while one authorised contact coordinates any confirmed change.

03 — Intent boundaries
Distinguish commerce, marketing and retail technology
eCommerce Expo follows the buying journey and the operation of digital commerce. Technology for Marketing is the co-located event for marketing technology, campaigns, content, data and lead generation. Retail Technology Show is a separate April 2027 trade show for technology used across retail businesses. The 2027 editions of eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing are co-located, but their agendas remain distinct. Check admission terms with the organiser; the booking records each passenger's intended event and first appointment, then assigns any later store, office, dinner or airport address as a separate sector.
Work bags, compact demonstration devices, small samples and hotel luggage are declared before the vehicle is assigned. A group may leave with additional materials, so planned capacity follows the fullest sector rather than the outward journey alone. Large displays, freight and specialist equipment require separate assessment. Purchases or sample collections are included only when the resulting load and any added stop are confirmed before travel.

The chauffeur confirms the usable public reference before the group leaves its last meeting; no hall entrance or representative venue position is treated as permission to stop or wait.
Before travel, FCET checks the 22–23 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes a confirmed vehicle instruction. Journey cost follows the confirmed cars and sectors. eCommerce Expo and Excel London govern tickets, programme content and venue operation; FCET remains responsible for the passenger movements it agrees.
