Plan for Paris, not last year's London venue
The organiser now announces Parcel+Post Expo for Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 September 2027 in Paris. The 23–24 September 2026 event at Excel London has finished. The current homepage names the city but does not yet provide a confirmed Paris venue address, so no London set-down or guessed Paris entrance belongs in a 2027 instruction. FCET can plan the UK road leg to the rail station or airport named on the traveller's confirmed ticket. The organiser controls event registration and the final Paris venue details; the rail or airline operator controls the onward service.
For a Eurostar journey, record London St Pancras International, the booked service, ticket guidance, passenger names, bags and required station arrival. For an air journey, use the departure airport and terminal shown on the booking, not a default London airport. A team may have different departures or arrival needs. Keep each party's UK collection address and first confirmed connection together; confirm a separate car when one shared pickup would compromise another traveller's service.

02 — Service on the day
The UK connection has its own record
Each road sector retains the passenger group, UK collection address, booked rail or air service, required station or terminal arrival and complete onward address for the return.
03 — Trade focus
Keep parcel and postal commitments distinct
The organiser describes a global meeting place for postal operators, parcel carriers, fulfilment leaders and delivery-technology teams. Its announced 2027 themes include AI-driven automation, network resilience, last-mile delivery and out-of-home services, alongside a Leadership Conference and exhibition. The 2026 London edition shared a site with eCommerce Expo and Technology for Marketing. That past co-location does not establish either show's 2027 location or access. Keep the exact Parcel+Post registration and Paris appointment on the traveller's record.
Laptops, work bags, compact scanners, sample parcels, documents and luggage should be declared with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the complete party and its fullest confirmed load to the station or airport. Sorting machinery, large demonstration units, lithium-battery equipment, exhibition stands and freight need separate transport and carrier assessment. A passenger transfer does not include exhibition logistics or guarantee acceptance by a rail or airline operator.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Paris · UK road connection
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Return to the UK
Treat the inbound connection as a separate sector
For the return, record the actual arrival service, UK station or airport terminal, traveller contact and onward address. Paris venue or hotel departure details are not assumed to be part of FCET's UK-side booking. A change to the international ticket can change the UK pickup time or place. The authorised contact supplies the revised service and passenger details before a new road plan is confirmed.
The organiser's homepage confirms Paris and the 29–30 September 2027 dates, but the precise Paris venue has not been verified for this page. Obtain current organiser instructions for the event address and each delegate's admission before booking any separate travel in France. FCET confirms only the UK vehicle sectors it accepts. The quote and itinerary should identify the UK pickup, chosen departure or arrival station or terminal, passengers, luggage and the time target derived from the actual rail or flight booking.
