Chauffeur travel for InstallerSHOW 2027

An installation and built-environment itinerary for contractors, specifiers, speakers, suppliers and decision-makers at the NEC.

The service standard

One InstallerSHOW itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — Current edition

Use the June 2027 InstallerSHOW edition

InstallerSHOW returns to NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 June 2027. The organiser describes a trade platform spanning heat, water, air, energy and the built environment for installers, specifiers and decision-makers. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A supplier meeting, product session, demonstration, speaking call or exhibitor duty supplies the requested arrival target; registration remains with the organiser.

Contractors, consultants, specifiers, merchants, manufacturers, speakers and project leaders can begin at different times. Their movement record identifies the travelling group, every collection, the opening appointment and the person allowed to change it. Teams can share when their hotel departure and first commitment align. Separate cars protect an earlier exhibitor call or project meeting without imposing it on every colleague.

03 — Intent boundary

Separate installation from broader construction

InstallerSHOW centres building-services installation across heat, water, air and energy. UK Construction Week Birmingham addresses the wider construction supply chain, while London Build Expo is a separate London event. The journey record retains the exact show identity. A later project office, merchant branch, manufacturer site or client dinner becomes another movement with its own complete address and time. It is not inferred from a trade discipline.

Laptop bags, drawings, compact product samples and hotel luggage are counted with the passengers. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector, including anything legitimately collected during the show. Long tools, heavy equipment, cylinders, batteries, liquids, stands and freight require separate assessment. A passenger booking is not specialist installation transport or an automatic stand-delivery service.

07 — NEC destination

Use the NEC destination without inferring access

The organiser confirms NEC Birmingham and the venue publishes B40 1NT for the site. The postcode identifies the destination but does not establish a vehicle entrance, set-down right, waiting area or collection permission. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return keeps an intended window, lead passenger and complete onward address, with the usable reference confirmed before departure from the show.

Before travel, FCET checks the 22–24 June 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. InstallerSHOW and the NEC govern registration, programme delivery and venue operations. FCET manages only the passenger movements and vehicle sectors it confirms.
