01 — Current edition
Use the September 2027 UK edition
Solar & Storage Live UK takes place at NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 21 to Thursday 23 September 2027. The organiser describes an exhibition for residential, commercial-and-industrial and utility solar and storage projects, bringing buyers and installers together with technology and solution providers. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A project meeting, product session, speaking call, demonstration or exhibitor duty supplies the requested arrival target; registration and event access remain with the organiser.
Installers, developers, asset owners, buyers, consultants, investors, speakers and suppliers may follow different schedules. Each movement names its passengers, collection addresses, first engagement and authorised contact. Colleagues can share when their departure and opening commitment align. Separate vehicles protect an early supplier meeting, technical session or investor appointment without forcing the whole group onto that timetable.

03 — Intent boundary
Distinguish solar projects from broad climate events
Solar & Storage Live UK focuses solar generation, energy storage and their project supply chain. Reset Connect London spans wider climate, decarbonisation and investment topics, while Futurebuild addresses sustainability across the built environment. The booking preserves the exact event identity. A later project site, manufacturer visit, investor meeting or dinner is recorded as a separate movement with a complete address and time. It is not inferred from the delegate's sector.
Laptop bags, drawings, compact non-hazardous samples and hotel luggage are declared with the travelling party. Capacity follows the fullest confirmed sector, including items legitimately collected during the exhibition. Batteries, modules, inverters, tools, liquids, stands and freight require separate assessment and may not suit a passenger vehicle. No technical load or stand delivery is assumed from the event registration.

05 — Service on the day
Energy-project diaries stay accountable
The movement record keeps each installer, developer, buyer or supplier group with its first Solar & Storage Live commitment and complete onward address.
06 — NEC destination
Treat the NEC address as a destination
The organiser publishes The NEC, Pendigo Way, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT. That address identifies the event destination; it does not grant a particular entrance, set-down point, waiting position or collection right. FCET agrees a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return record retains a collection window, lead traveller and full onward address, with the usable reference confirmed before the group leaves its final commitment.
Before travel, FCET checks the 21–23 September 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward destinations. Confirmed revisions come from the authorised contact. Solar & Storage Live UK and the NEC control badges, programme content and venue operations. FCET manages only the passenger movements and vehicle sectors it confirms.
