Plan for the April 2027 competition
International Salon Culinaire runs at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. The organiser presents it as a culinary-competition programme at HRC for chefs ranging from trainees to established professionals. FCET records the chosen day and first fixed responsibility. A competition call, judging duty, mentor briefing, partner meeting or hosted engagement becomes the arrival target; entry and competition access remain with the organiser.
A competitor's preparation window differs from a judge's reporting time or a hospitality leader's meeting. Each vehicle instruction identifies the named travellers, collection address, first commitment and authorised contact. Separate cars can protect an early competition call while colleagues arrive for a later programme. A restaurant, hotel, supplier meeting or celebration after Excel becomes another sector with its own address and time.

02 — Service on the day
Competition roles keep their own reporting times
Each movement retains its competitor, judge, mentor or hospitality group, first Salon Culinaire responsibility and complete onward address.
03 — Culinary boundary
Keep competition travel distinct from trade sourcing
International Salon Culinaire centres live culinary competition and professional craft. HRC is the wider hotel, restaurant and catering business event, while IFE follows food-and-drink product sourcing and IFE Manufacturing follows product development and supply chains. The shows sit within the same wider week, but their passengers may have different first commitments. The booking retains International Salon Culinaire when the day begins with a competition responsibility.
Uniforms, work bags, compact presentation items and hotel luggage are declared with the party. Any fragile item must be securely packed, and capacity reflects everything expected to travel on the return sector. Knives, controlled tools, hot or uncovered food, temperature-sensitive ingredients, large equipment and freight require separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include catering logistics or storage.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Excel London
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Excel destination
Confirm a road handover outside the competition plan
The published destination is Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses the address and booked time to confirm a practical lawful public-road reference without claiming an entrance, waiting right or backstage access. The return record retains an intended window, lead passenger and full next destination. Competition operations stay with International Salon Culinaire and HRC; current organiser and venue directions govern the final walk.
Before departure, FCET checks the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passengers, collections, first competition commitments, declared items and onward addresses. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. FCET manages the passenger movements and vehicles it confirms. It does not determine competition eligibility, judging arrangements, equipment acceptance or access to working areas.
