01 — Current manufacturing edition
Plan for three April days at Excel
IFE Manufacturing takes place at Excel London from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 April 2027. The current organiser site describes a business event for food-and-drink product development, supply-chain sourcing and professional knowledge within Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. FCET records the selected day and the first development, ingredient, packaging, production or certification appointment. That named commitment provides a more useful arrival target than the venue opening time alone.
Product developers, technical managers, ingredient buyers, packaging teams, brand owners and production leaders can approach the show with different specifications and decision cycles. One vehicle record keeps each group with its own opening task. Colleagues share where collections and first meetings align. Separate cars preserve an early supplier review, technical responsibility or later factory, agency or client visit without forcing unrelated development work into one timetable.

02 — Service on the day
Development work remains with the right team
Each vehicle keeps its ingredient, packaging, product, production or certification group with the first IFE Manufacturing appointment and onward address.
03 — Intent boundary
Do not collapse manufacturing into finished-product buying
IFE Manufacturing concerns what goes into developing and producing food and drink: ingredients, packaging, processes, supply-chain support and related expertise. IFE is the co-located marketplace for sourcing finished food-and-drink ranges across commercial channels. HRC focuses operating hospitality businesses, and Hospitality Tech360 follows hospitality systems. The booking names IFE Manufacturing and the first development appointment even when the passenger plans to cross into several co-located events later.
Laptop bags, product specifications, packaging mock-ups, small sealed non-hazardous samples and hotel luggage are declared before allocation. The return sector includes any additional catalogues or sample packs expected from supplier meetings. Perishable trials, temperature-controlled ingredients, liquids in commercial quantities, chemicals, machinery, large packaging prototypes and freight need separate assessment. The chauffeur movement is not a production-logistics service.
04 — After the event
The collection sequence at Excel London
- Current ticket and event directions identify the usable public approach.
- The chauffeur confirms a public reference with the lead passenger.
- The party boards only after a lawful position is confirmed.

06 — Excel handover
Use the published venue without assuming a hall position
The organiser lists Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET checks a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time; the venue address does not promise a particular door, set-down right or waiting position. For departure, the record includes an intended window, lead passenger and complete onward address. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the final technical meeting ends, while organiser directions govern movement inside the event.
FCET reconciles the 5–7 April 2027 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first development commitments, declared items and next destinations. Commercially sensitive formulas or specifications are not needed for journey planning. IFE Manufacturing, Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and Excel control verification, admission and programme delivery. FCET manages the confirmed passenger movements; sample freight and factory logistics remain separate.
