Chauffeur travel for London EV Show 2026

An electric-mobility trade-show itinerary for manufacturers, fleets, charging providers, policymakers, investors and technology teams.

The service standard

One London EV Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.

01 — Current edition

Use the November 2026 London edition

London EV Show takes place at Excel London on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 November 2026. The organiser and venue describe a business event connecting electric-vehicle, commercial-mobility, charging, energy, policy, investment and technology interests. FCET records the selected day and first fixed commitment. A conference session, exhibitor briefing, fleet meeting, demonstration or investor appointment becomes the requested arrival target while admission remains with the event.

Manufacturers, fleet operators, charging providers, energy teams, policymakers, investors and technology suppliers may follow different schedules. Each car receives named passengers, collection addresses and one authorised contact. Teams share when their first commitments align. A speaker, exhibitor or investor group can use a separate vehicle where an earlier call or later onward meeting makes a shared itinerary impractical.

03 — Intent boundary

Separate the EV Show from broader mobility events

London EV Show has a defined electric-mobility and charging focus. MOVE London covers a wider mobility, automotive, fleet, energy and technology programme, while London Concours is a separate motoring event. The exact registration stays on the journey record. A later manufacturer office, charging site, investor meeting or dinner is another movement with a full address and time. It is not inferred from the exhibition badge.

Laptop bags, presentation cases, compact demonstration devices and hotel luggage are assessed with the passenger count. Vehicle choice follows the fullest confirmed sector. Vehicle components, batteries, charging hardware, large exhibits and freight require separate assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include specialist technical logistics.

Electric-mobility meetings stay attached

Each vehicle keeps its named passengers, first EV Show commitment and onward address together, separating a fleet, charging, energy or investment diary from the wider exhibition day.

07 — Excel destination

Treat Excel as a destination, not an access promise

The event publishes Excel London at Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL. FCET uses that address and the booked time to agree a practical public-road reference without promising an entrance, loading area, stopping right or waiting place. For collection, the record holds an intended window, lead passenger and onward destination. The chauffeur confirms the usable reference before the group leaves its final show commitment.

Before travel, FCET checks the 18–19 November 2026 edition, selected day, passenger names, collections, first commitments, declared items and onward addresses. Confirmed changes come through the authorised contact. London EV Show and Excel London govern registration, programme delivery and venue operations. FCET manages the passenger movements and sectors it confirms.
