The service standard
One National Cyber Security Show itinerary keeps each confirmed address, lead passenger and onward movement together.
01 — Current national edition
Fix the journey to the April 2027 show
National Cyber Security Show runs from Tuesday 27 to Thursday 29 April 2027 in Hall 5 at the NEC Birmingham. The organiser presents it for cyber-security and digital-industry professionals seeking threat knowledge, products, software and practical expertise. FCET records the selected day and first fixed responsibility. A leadership session, supplier demonstration, workshop, arranged meeting, speaking call or exhibitor duty becomes the arrival target; the organiser remains responsible for admission and programme access.
Security leaders, IT practitioners, risk owners, procurement teams and suppliers can attend for different reasons. Each vehicle instruction identifies its travellers, collection address, opening commitment and the person authorised to approve a change. Shared travel works when those details align. Separate cars protect an early speaker briefing or technical workshop while another group follows a later product meeting or leadership discussion.

03 — Named-show boundary
Separate cyber security from physical security
National Cyber Security Show focuses digital threats, resilience, software and professional knowledge. The Security Event is a separately named co-located exhibition for commercial, enterprise and domestic physical security, even though both use Hall 5 and the same dates. International Cyber Expo at Olympia London and Infosecurity Europe at Excel London are separate events. The booking keeps the exact show name, NEC destination and April edition together instead of relying on the word security alone.
Vehicle capacity reflects the named party, laptop bags, small demonstration cases and hotel luggage. FCET needs item counts and handling requirements, not credentials, client data, network diagrams or the confidential content of a cyber briefing. Server racks, powered hardware, controlled items, stand structures and freight go through a different logistics assessment. Passenger transport does not automatically include specialist technical work or custody of unattended devices.

Treat Hall 5 as event information
The organiser lists Hall 5, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1NT. The hall identifies the show space but does not establish a vehicle entrance, set-down entitlement, waiting place or collection permission. FCET confirms a practical lawful public-road reference for the booked time. The return record retains an intended window, lead passenger and complete next address, with current organiser and venue directions governing the final approach.
Before departure, FCET checks the 27–29 April 2027 edition, selected day, named travellers, collections, first commitments, declared cases and onward destinations. Only the authorised contact changes the confirmed movement record. National Cyber Security Show and the NEC control registration, content and venue operations. FCET remains responsible for the passenger journeys and vehicle sectors it confirms.
